Steve Morey & Clean Air Solutions

Clean Air Solutions was created in 2005 in response to the lack of preventative maintenance and servicing support for Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) systems on the Northeast Avalon. With more than 20 years experience in the heating and ventilation business, Steve Morey started his own business to meet this need.

Over the years homeowners were repeatedly asking Steve:

From humble beginnings Steve worked as the sole employee, cleaning and servicing heat air exchangers. As demand for service grew, so did Clean Air Solutions.

Clean Air Solutions now has an administrator and 2 work crews with a combined 85 years experience in the home ventilation business:

Crew #1: Installs heat air exchangers in residential homes, condominiums
Crew #2: Is dedicated 100% to service and maintenance of HRV systems  

Ongoing Education & Training

We are committed to providing superior service and advice to our customers. In addition to being HRAI Certified, this commitment includes ongoing education and training to keep abreast of the latest technology and alerts on the HRV units through our affiliation with:
